Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the clinical audit and quality improvement team, ensuring effective implementation of clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.

- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, such as the Getting It Right First Time programme, to ensure effective participation and compliance with national and local standards.
- Staff Development and Support: Participate in regular staff appraisal, identifying areas of development and training needs, and developing appropriate programmes of training and support.
