Senior Marketing Communications Manager

VANRATH is assisting a large Public Sector Organisation in Belfast with the recruitment of a Senior Marketing Communications and PR Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement communication plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Media and PR Management: Act as primary media contact, preparing press releases, statements, and interviews.
- Digital Strategy: Oversee social media, website, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the communications team.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing/PR role.
- Strong media relations and digital marketing expertise.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Public sector experience and understanding of Government communications.
