Job Profile
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a trainee surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain a comprehensive understanding of residential property valuation and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the valuation and risk assessment of residential properties
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of residential building pathology
- Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain practical experience and skills
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to achieve AssocRICS qualification
Requirements
- Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
- Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
