Job Profile

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme. As a trainee surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and gain a comprehensive understanding of residential property valuation and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the valuation and risk assessment of residential properties
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain practical experience and skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to achieve AssocRICS qualification

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
