Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage building physics and energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within set timelines.
- Provide expert advice to clients on strategies for building performance, including energy modeling, thermal analysis, and pathways to achieve net zero carbon.
- Conduct comprehensive building performance simulations utilizing IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions) software, analyzing results to guide design decisions and enhance building efficiency.
- Perform SAP assessments as required.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create sustainable building designs and strategies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience as a Building Physics Consultant, with a strong emphasis on energy modeling and simulation.
- Proficiency in IES software for building energy modeling and simulation, including compliance with Part L, thermal comfort, and overheating assessments as per CIBSE TM54.
