Overview:

Are you a recent graduate holding a degree in Psychology, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering? Do you possess a strong desire to assist children in an academic setting? A secondary education institution is in search of committed and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to become part of our team.


Support for Students with Special Educational Needs:
Deliver personalized assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), catering to their distinct learning needs.
Provide individual and small group support to help students reach their educational objectives.

Preparation of Educational Resources:
Aid in the creation of educational materials and resources to enhance lesson plans and student activities.

Monitoring Student Progress:
Track and document student progress, offering feedback to educators and engaging in parent-teacher discussions as necessary.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with educators, SEN coordinators, and other personnel to devise and execute effective support strategies.
A degree in Psychology, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A genuine enthusiasm for education and assisting children with varied learning needs.
Prior experience working with children or in an educational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
