Compensation:
£23,000-£33,000 per annum (OTE £40,000+ due to commission structure)
Working Hours:
8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday / 8:00-13:00 every 1 in 2 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of class 4 & 7 motor vehicles.
- Conduct clutch changes, gearbox replacements, wheel alignments, engine diagnostics, and general mechanical work.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and site personnel to ensure clear communication regarding repair timelines and effective customer quoting.
- Participate in company training and development programs as required.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician working on class 4/7 vehicles (essential).
- MOT License (preferred).
- Experience as a master technician and/or workshop manager (preferred).
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (preferred).
- Team-oriented with a willingness to grow and develop.
- Proficient in vehicle diagnostics.
