Job OverviewThe Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for performing packing and assembly collation work as requested on their specific shift. This will include:
- Packing parcels of various sizes
- Performing collation work, including leaflet packing and labeling
- Applying self-adhesive and magnetic tape to printed materials
- Lifting parcels on pallets and shrinkwrapping
- Setting up or assisting with glue operations and drilling
- Motivating the team and highlighting underperforming staff
- Managing and monitoring temporary staff
- Labeling work as instructed and sending completed jobs to the library/dispatch
- Maintaining the pop bench area and ensuring it is kept tidy
The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for external drivers collecting goods to deliver
- Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and reporting any damages
- Moving goods to relevant areas/departments using PPT/counterbalance
- Notifying the relevant department via the delivery note of any short shipments/mis-picks
- Notifying the relevant department of any damaged goods received

The Warehouse Team Leader will work on a rotation basis, with shifts available on:
- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7 to 7)
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7 to 7)
The salary for this role is £12.74 per hour.
