About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst to join our dynamic FIG team based in London. As an M&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' M&A transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including reviewing financial statements, industry research, and market trends
  • Support the development of pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
