About the Role
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Technician to join our Clinical Specialist Therapists working in our Community Stroke and Neurology Rehabilitation Service.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with acquired and progressive neurological conditions.
- To follow rehabilitation programmes provided by clinical specialist therapists, supporting patient self-management, education, and support of carers.
- To maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date documentation.
- To work effectively with patients, carers, relatives, colleagues, and other services, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- To participate in clinical treatments and rehabilitation programmes, progressing rehabilitation programmes with supervision from clinicians.
