Position Overview

Location: Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring presence in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive commercial legal advice across multiple departments, including corporate, employment, data privacy, and dispute resolution.
  • Contribute effectively within a fast-paced in-house legal environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset in all legal dealings.
  • Possess between 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), though exceptional newly qualified solicitors will also be considered.
