About the Role:

A highly skilled and adaptable Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is sought by Outsourced Talent Management to join their team in this brand-new role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior information security roles, preferably as a CISO or Head of Information Security equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Develop and enhance current risk mitigation processes to ensure proactive identification and management of potential security threats.
  • Incident Response and Recovery: Design and implement incident response and disaster recovery plans to minimize business disruption.
  • Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations in the event of a disaster or major disruption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure effective communication and influence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior information security role, preferably as a CISO or Head of Information Security equivalent.
  • Expertise in risk management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Qualifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are highly desirable.
