Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gas (Combustion) Bias Engineer to join our vibrant team. This mobile role requires a professional who is adept at data analysis and can effectively maintain and repair various building systems across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance tasks as assigned by our Operations team, ensuring adherence to specified time frames.
  • Perform maintenance on HVAC systems and mechanical & electrical equipment, including pumps and pressurisation units.
  • Carry out basic electrical and plumbing work, emergency lighting testing, and tap temperature recording.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems and maintenance services.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Valid commercial Gas Safe qualifications; additional certifications in commercial gas catering and Oftec (oil) are advantageous.
Certifications Required:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a combustion engineer, with proficiency in electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and their practical application.

Benefits:
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during peak periods.
  • Competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000, with overtime available based on qualifications and experience.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 23 days, in addition to bank holidays.
  • Company pension scheme after probation, with employer contributions starting at 3% and a minimum of 3% from employees.
  • Access to Benenden Healthcare after 6 months of employment.
