Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to solve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Proven experience as a multised engineer.
- Competency in working with M&E equipment and basic electrical and plumbing works.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility required during busy periods.
- Early finish on Fridays.
- Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.
- Company Pension: Available after probation (Employer pays 3% Employee minimum 3% contribution).
- Benenden Healthcare: Available after 6 months of service.
