Position: Early Years SEN Support Assistant

  • Engaging with children in EYFS Nursery and Reception settings
  • Providing 1:1 support and facilitating small group activities both inside and outside the classroom
  • Demonstrating a strong academic background, including a good degree, A levels, and GCSEs
  • Having prior experience in a similar capacity is essential
  • Experience with non-verbal children and those with autism is highly desirable
  • Willingness to assist with personal care needs
  • Exhibiting a calm and compassionate demeanor, with sensitivity to additional needs
  • Being a positive, adaptable, and cooperative team member
