Job Opportunity: Head of Project Controls - Major Construction Development

Location: Hybrid Working

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We have an exclusive opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Controls to join a prestigious independent construction consultancy with ambitious growth plans. This role offers the chance to shape and grow a new business unit within the firm, with a huge amount of support internally at our client to put you in place to succeed. With work already won and secured by our client, you will have the opportunity to come in and lead a major development project whilst also forming a pivotal role in the team's future endeavours.

The Role:

As the Head of Project Controls, you will spearhead the setup and management of multiple work streams for a high-profile scheme with construction values in excess of £200M. This will involve:

  • Cost Management
  • Risk Management
  • Scheduling
  • Information Management
  • Document Management

This is an initial full-time commitment to a groundbreaking private sector development that will be a game-changer for the area. After the initial time on the project, you'll pivot to focus on growing this new business unit, working across an impressive spread of existing private sector clients, with opportunities to shape the services offered and lead a team to success.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project controls, ideally within large-scale construction or development projects. Private sector or public sector experience is suitable.
