About the Role

At BARBRI, we are committed to delivering exceptional education experiences to our students. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline of leads and supporting appointment-setting activity for our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase our offerings to mid-market and below law firms, and to establish a close working relationship with our Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize Salesforce and other lead generation tools to manage workflows and lead generation processes.
  • Outbound Sales: Make outbound cold calls and send prospecting emails to identify new business opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services to meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build trusting relationships with prospects to help qualify leads by ensuring high-quality, valuable customer interactions.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and schedule appointments for the B2B team with leads and prospects.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate reporting by keeping Salesforce up to date.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a sales development representative with a track record of exceeding lead targeting is preferable, but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills via phone and email, and an appetite for hunting new leads and opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
