Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to take on a locum opportunity in Lancashire, within the Older Adults Memory Service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment process for individuals within the 0-6 age group.
- Conduct memory assessments using the ACE III tool at a Band 6 nurse level.
- Travel to various locations across East Lancashire and the BwD area to conduct appointments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Valid NMC Registration.
