About the RoleThis is a rotational post that will incorporate days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. As a Care Home Night Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care to neonates and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate care needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Registered Children's Nurse, Registered General Nurse, or Registered Midwife qualification.
- Experience working in a neonatal or special care setting is an advantage, but we welcome applications from newly qualified nurses or those looking to transition into this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
