About the Role

This is a rotational post that will incorporate days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. As a Care Home Night Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care to neonates and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate care needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our patients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Registered Children's Nurse, Registered General Nurse, or Registered Midwife qualification.
  • Experience working in a neonatal or special care setting is an advantage, but we welcome applications from newly qualified nurses or those looking to transition into this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
