Radiographer Reporting Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Radiographer Reporting Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality radiographic reporting services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely radiographic reports to support patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the radiology service and patient experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to support their professional development.
- UK Level 7 qualification in Radiographer Reporting.
- Health Care Professions Council Registered.
- Evidence of ongoing further professional development.
- Previous experience of working in an NHS hospital.
- Sound knowledge of ionising radiation legislation.
