Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Radiographer Reporting Specialist to undertake clinical reporting as part of enhanced or advanced practice. The successful candidate will have a post-graduate qualification in radiographic reporting and experience in routine reporting sessions. The role will involve working closely with our team to provide a high-quality, effective, and efficient radiographic reporting service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely radiographic reports based on radiological findings.
- Recognize when findings require urgent follow-up or referral and take appropriate action.
- Participate in routine peer review and audit to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Attend and contribute to REALM/peer review meetings to discuss reporting practices and improve services.
- UK Level 7 qualification in Radiographer Reporting.
- Health Care Professions Council Registered.
- Evidence of ongoing further professional development.
- Previous experience of working in an NHS hospital.
- Sound knowledge of ionising radiation legislation.
