Overview: TXM Recruit is seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanical Specialist to join our team, focusing on high-end residential properties managed by a private property management firm.

Working Hours: This position entails a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. Opportunities for additional hours are plentiful, including weekend shifts on a rotating schedule (approximately once every four weeks).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive maintenance support, including installation, planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance for site services and equipment.
  • Conduct servicing and maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and other mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Participate in the on-call rota as part of the Maintenance Team, responding to urgent maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to high maintenance standards and ensure quality of work meets company expectations.
  • Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Deliver specialized technical support related to building systems and equipment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
