Mechanical Facilities Maintenance Specialist

CV Library is seeking a skilled Mechanical Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Chertsey, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, including AHU, FCU, and pump servicing.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the required standard and quality.
- Work closely with the team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 in a relevant discipline).
- Good knowledge and level of competency in other areas of building services (BMS, Electrical).
- Full clean driving licence.
- Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
- Private medical insurance.
