About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join our Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide OT/PT assessment to neurological patients with diverse physical and cognitive presentations, and deliver an individualized treatment program in clinic, patients' homes, and community settings.
  • Undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.
  • Work closely with AHP colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.
Requirements
  • HCPC registered
  • Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working with community/stroke/outpatients
  • UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential
