Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the building materials and timber sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on building materials and timber products to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans and targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the building materials or timber sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the building materials and timber sectors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
