About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the building materials and construction supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans and targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the building materials or construction supplies sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
