Job Title: Ward Sister/Charge Nurse - Paediatric Critical Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Registered Children's Nurse with a strong background in Paediatric Critical Care
  • Leadership experience and a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Advanced Teaching Qualification and a passion for education and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
