Ward Sister/Charge Nurse - Paediatric Critical Care Unit

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to lead our Paediatric Critical Care Unit (PCCU) in Cardiff. As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients, aged 0-16 years, who require critical care services.

The PCCU has undergone an expansion, comprising 7 Intensive Care beds and 4 High Dependency beds. Our team nurses all children to PICS standards, and we are committed to enhancing practice and staff development. We are proud of our PCCU and are recruiting to strengthen our senior nursing team, as UHW becomes the Major Trauma Centre for Wales.

As a critical care nurse with leadership aspirations, you will have the opportunity to progress your career and expand your leadership and management skills. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
