Customer Service Associate

Job Location:Ringwood, Hampshire

Job Type:Permanent

Salary:Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours:37 hours per week between the hours of 9am 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am 1pm)

Benefits:21 days holiday, plus bank holidays increasing with service; Extensive training and ongoing support; Industry Qualifications available; Hybrid working on request after probation period.

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  2. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  4. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
