Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Sales Manager for Account Management to lead our newly established Account Management team. This role will be integral to our growth strategy, focusing on client acquisition and retention. The position will report to the Sales Director, Account Management. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and enhancing the Sales and Account Management processes within the team.
- Collaborating with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a comprehensive client engagement plan.
- Driving initiatives that focus on growth, risk management, and client retention.
- Achieving significant Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) rates.
- Developing team skills and processes to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Managers to surpass targets.
- Adapt to market changes to maintain team effectiveness.
- Train team members to thoroughly understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Utilize our extensive database to create targeted upselling campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance account-based marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent standards across aligned account management teams.
- Manage complex negotiations and procurement processes with global clients.
- Provide valuable feedback to Product and Content teams to shape future offerings.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Accurately forecast and report on team performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of the legal intelligence sector and our product positioning.
