About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in a prominent venue within the London hospitality sector is preferred
  • Capability to design and implement staff training and development programs
  • Familiarity with food safety and health regulations, along with HR best practices
  • Strong grasp of financial operations and reporting
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our head office team
