Job Title: Finance Partner - Costing Specialist

Our client, a well-respected public sector body in South Wales, is seeking a Finance Partner with expertise in costing and value analysis to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the NHS finance costing model for the trust
  • Expand the range of services and activities costed within the model
  • Work with services across the organisation to identify, validate and use activity information for costing
  • Implement improvements and automation to the Microsoft Excel costing model and develop reporting mechanisms
  • Support value work within the organisation, including developing value analysis of services and undertaking benchmarking
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and strong technical finance and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with NHS costing
  • Benchmarking experience and ability to work with services across the organisation
Desirable Skills:
  • Power BI skills
