Job Title: Social Services Occupational Therapist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Services Occupational Therapist to fill a new ongoing contract role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the discharge pathway from hospital to care homes
  • Facilitate effective working practices in care homes by providing coaching, advice, and joint working
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Previous experience in posture and seating assessment and management is a plus
  • Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and the ability to support change in a challenging environment
  • Car driver (preferred)
