We are seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to lead our Service Department in the Canterbury area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of Service Department operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
  • Review CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drive the performance of Service department staff, challenging and motivating them to achieve excellence.
  • Monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance, identify trends, and inform business development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, embodying the values of our brand and dealer group.
