At HF Trust, we're passionate about empowering learning disabled adults to live their best lives. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our service users achieve their goals and build meaningful relationships with their community.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to develop skills, confidence, and independence. This might involve supporting daily tasks, such as medication management, cooking, and personal care, as well as encouraging our service users to pursue their interests and hobbies.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £
  • A 30-hour contract with a combination of early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend
  • Opportunities for sleep-ins at the service, paid at £
  • Generous holidays, including 33 days of annual leave and eight statutory bank holidays
  • A 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
