HF Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Shefford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain meaningful relationships. Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily tasks
  • Assisting with medication and health-related activities
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social inclusion
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies

  • A 30-hour contract with a combination of early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend
