Sales Executive – HR Technology Solutions

Our client is a prominent player in the HR technology landscape, having established a robust platform over the past decade. Their cutting-edge SaaS solution is utilized globally, offering tailored and adaptable services to HR departments in both private and public sectors. Notable clients include well-known brands.

The role of Sales Executive involves overseeing the complete sales process with clients throughout the UK. Candidates can anticipate substantial lead generation assistance, including dedicated sales development representatives, marketing initiatives, and leads from a well-established partner network.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring only a few days per month in the office, while the majority of work can be conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in direct sales and through partner channels
  • Work closely with sales development representatives to enhance lead generation and progression
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, adapting sales tactics as necessary
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and customizing offerings accordingly
  • Keep abreast of product features and advantages, effectively communicating these to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, to drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in closing sales within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record in selling HR technology or HR software is essential
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous
  • Must be based in the UK

Compensation Package

  • Base salary: £60,000
  • On-target earnings: £120,000
