About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Park Plaza London Park Royal. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Room Attendants to ensure efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
