We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our UK-based Housing team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing NEC Housing systems, providing expert guidance to our customers, and ensuring their satisfaction with our product.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement NEC Housing systems, focusing on configuration and build.
- Provide high-quality consultancy services to customers, including Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations.
- Develop and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Social Housing Management.
- Travel throughout the UK to visit customer and company sites as required.
- Expertise in using NEC Housing, preferably with experience in Allocations, Rents, or Service Charge Modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing systems, with a strong focus on system configuration and build.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality consultancy services to customers.
- Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals.
- Proficiency in handling multiple parallel projects.
- Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing NEC Housing system modules.
- Working knowledge of Unix and/or SQL.
