Join Our Team as an IT Category and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Category and Procurement Manager to join our team at WSP Global Inc. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving our sourcing strategies for IT within the UK and EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, business leaders, and colleagues.
  • Drive supplier engagement and performance through effective contract management and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the Head of UK Procurement to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT procurement, including negotiation of software, services, and hardware agreements.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of supplier management and performance.
  • Strong project management skills, including cross-functional team management.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with a focus on total cost of operation and supplier relationship management.
