About the Role:
A progressive and quality-driven independent case management organization, specializing in severe and intricate injuries, is seeking a Clinical Rehabilitation Coordinator with prior experience in a similar capacity.
Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary of up to £52,000 annually, you will benefit from a company vehicle, access to an employee assistance and wellness program, regular in-house training sessions, and the support of an administrative team along with a CQC Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will assist children and adolescents with various needs, including traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputations. It is essential to be highly skilled and proactive in creating client-focused rehabilitation plans.
While some aspects of the role can be performed remotely, this position also necessitates regular in-person meetings with clients and their families, support staff, and other members of multidisciplinary teams, as well as occasional visits to the main office.
Qualifications:
- A background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology.
- Registration with HCPC, NMC, or Social Work England.
- Proven ability to support children and young people in achieving optimal opportunities and outcomes.
- A valid driving license.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Proficient in developing tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Strong time management skills with adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.
Work Arrangement:
We welcome applications from individuals interested in the flexibility of self-employment or those seeking a traditional employment role. This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, with an hourly rate for self-employed individuals ranging from £45 to £64 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
