  • Administrative Support: You will oversee administrative staff responsible for tasks such as scheduling, document management, and client intake processes.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Supervisory Skills: You should possess strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting: You should be proficient in financial management and budgeting, with the ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You should have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours: This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
