About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Trader to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Junior Trader, you will be responsible for researching, pricing, and trading various financial instruments, including stocks, futures options, cryptocurrencies, and foreign exchange contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor market trends and execute trades
  • Manage portfolios and develop profitable trading strategies
  • Work closely with senior trading staff to achieve trading goals
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the stock market, trading, and technical analysis
  • Experience creating profitable trading strategies
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and use technical chart reading as a tool for making trades
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in trading, especially in stocks and options, is a plus
What We Offer
  • Monthly pay + commission on all trades over quota
  • Work from home if desired
  • Help with strategies and trades if falling behind
  • The ability to grow your salary from £35,000 - £60,000+ a year based on individual performance
Training and Support
  • 4-week training program to develop trading skills
  • Education on fundamentals, risk management, and psychology
  • Compensation for losses incurred while managing company funds
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the stock market, trading, and technical analysis
  • Experience creating profitable trading strategies
  • Ability to perform technical analysis and use technical chart reading as a tool for making trades
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
