Junior Trader - Digital Assets (Algorithmic Trading)

Salary £50k-£85k + Bonus

Are you passionate about algorithmic trading and digital assets? We're seeking a talented Junior Trader to join a dynamic team and contribute to their success in the fast-paced world of digital asset trading. If you're driven by innovation, thrive in challenging environments, and are eager to make an impact in the financial markets, they want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets.
  • Monitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades.
  • Collaborate to refine algorithms and optimize performance.
  • Manage risk through position sizing and compliance protocols.
  • Conduct research to inform trading decisions and technology integration.
  • Hedge positions according to internal trading rules
  • Occasional work on weekends and during US Hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with algorithm development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in algorithmic trading or software development preferred.
  • Proficiency in options market in FX, Equities, Commodities or Cryptocurrencies
