Prospect Health is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Salaried GP to join our innovative practice, offering 6 sessions per week.

We are seeking a General Medical Practitioner to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services within our well-established and friendly team at Parkgate Medical Surgery.

Our practice is forward-thinking and embraces modern technology, implementing solutions such as daily telephone triage, video consultations, and e-consultations to enhance patient care.

We promote a flexible environment that allows for a balanced distribution of roles and responsibilities among our small, experienced team. Our clinical staff benefit from robust support provided by an outstanding administration and management team, enabling our GPs to focus primarily on patient care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced GP who is eager to take an active role in enhancing patient outcomes, particularly in areas like diabetes management, and to participate in local service redesign by representing the practice at relevant networks.

You will be a collaborative team member, keen to engage in our continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to our weekly clinical meetings, ensuring we uphold our high-quality performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Availability for 6 sessions per week
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding patient care
  • Maintain a manageable workload
  • Home visits are infrequent
  • Utilization of SystmOne for practice management

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
  • Registered as a GP with the GMC
  • Listed on the NHS National Performers List
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
