Job Title: Treasury Sales Officer

As a Treasury Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving new opportunities with EMEA-based Non-Bank Financial Institution clients. You will develop existing client relationships to advance business opportunities, close deals, and understand client objectives for transaction banking and other cash and treasury-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure complete alignment in client selection and growth strategies with Corporate Banking colleagues.
  2. Design, write, and present proposals/cash management solutions to existing and prospect clients.
  3. Ensure full observance of and adherence to applicable compliance and other regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  4. Provide client and market feedback to management and business partners, including for product development and enhancement.
  5. Act as a liaison with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit and Risk, Compliance, Product Management, Client Delivery & Service, Implementation, and Operations.
  6. Produce or provide input for both external and internal marketing to enhance the visibility of the Bank of America franchise.
  7. Participate in industry events, represent Bank of America externally.
  8. Manage and support the development of team resources, including Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA).
  9. Provide input and briefing information for senior management client calls and other interactions in-region.
Requirements:
  1. A successful history of direct treasury management experience within the NBFI sector and/or treasury management sales.
  2. Promotes a culture of compliance and risk management.
  3. A very good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
