Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at a time of significant growth. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and pension payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage payroll and pension administration, including starters, leavers, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Work closely with our outsourced provider (iTrent) to ensure compliance with legislation and reporting requirements
  • Submit company pension on a monthly basis, compliant with relevant legislation and deadlines
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure work is submitted and processed in a timely fashion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably with a payroll software such as iTrent
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work accurately with numbers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of pension schemes and legislation
