Role Overview:
As a HR Advisor/Generalist, you will be part of a supportive HR team to manage a busy period.

While employee relations casework is not the main focus, you will be involved in fostering and sustaining strong working relationships with business partners and delivering value-added HR solutions.

Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR capacity.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capability to challenge and influence constructively.
