Job Title: Performance and Planning Lead

Job Summary:

As a Performance and Planning Lead at microTECH Global LTD, you will be responsible for leading the Photolithography Team and driving process development to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster creativity within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure clear goals and aligned deliverables.
  • Process Development: Lead the development of process capability and toolset to meet the needs of our customers and enable the product roadmap.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop, modify, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and procedures to enable higher productivity, reduced scrap, and improved quality.
  • Statistical Process Control: Setup and monitor statistical process control charts to ensure process stability and control.
  • Knowledge Management: Document tool operation and process details, and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure knowledge sharing and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering/Process Development, with a strong background in photolithography processing.
  • Education: Master's Degree in a relevant subject, such as Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience with structured problem-solving techniques.
