About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Ark Housing Association Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in our Kelso service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to individuals with varying needs and abilities.
  • Communicate and build relationships with supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in social care or a related field is an advantage, but not essential as we provide full training.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on an as-and-when basis to cover sickness absence, study leave, and other staff contingencies.

  • Fully funded PVG and 1st year SSSC registration.
