This position calls for a collaborative individual with creativity and business acumen, alongside the enthusiasm and commitment to enhance and expand the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
We seek a leader experienced in upholding and advancing standards and reputation while fostering a growing community and team.
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the gym.
- Take on the General Manager's duties during their absence.
- Contribute to achieving the business's commercial success.
- Support the delivery of operational excellence within the club.
- Meet and exceed established KPIs.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and developing a successful team.
- Experience in a management role within the leisure sector is essential.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to inspire through effective management.
- Must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
- Proven track record in driving sales and coordinating local marketing initiatives while managing a successful team.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or substantial background as a Fitness Manager or similar operational role is preferred.
